We are still trading during these difficult times, but things are a little different at the moment.
We hope you are all coping as best you can with the whole virus thing. We're still trading, but we have made a few changes to the way we operate.
The main difference is that we are now only posting twice a week. This is to keep social interaction to a minimum, in order to help keep ourselves and our family members as safe as possible. Our posting days vary from week to week depending on order volume, but we now usually post on Monday or Tuesday and also Thursday or Friday. We are finding that this is the sweet spot between keeping ourselves and our loved ones safe while still getting your orders out as quickly as possible.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Australia Post has started contactless delivery, so if your order needs to be signed for the delivery driver will sign for it on your behalf (while keeping a safe distance) so that you don't have to touch the scanner. Most orders don't need to be signed for, but if you aren't home at the time of delivery (probably because you are out hunting for toilet paper) then Aus Post will normally leave your parcel in a safe place. They will only take it to the post office if it isn't safe to leave it at your house.
When you get your order, we recommend spraying or wiping down your parcel with disinfectant BEFORE you open it. Everything inside should be virus-free. All of our stock was purchased before the pandemic started.
Apart from that, you won't see as many new products on our website right now. New products are fun, but we have some boring behind-the-scenes stuff that needs to be done. But more new products will be up soon...ish.
The world might seem crazy right now, but remember that this too shall pass.
