Welcome To Our New Website

We've spent most of this year working on the new and improved version of our website. It's been a lot of work but it has definitely been worth it and we are very happy with the results. We hope you find shopping on our new site an enjoyable experience.

Better Categories:

We've added some new categories to better showcase new products and sale items. Now it's even easier to find new products, sale items and other bargains. You can find them under the Special Offers and What's New menus. Our regular store categories have been given a makeover, with some banner images to better showcase our product range.

New Products:

We've added nearly 200 new products over the last few months and there will be more new products coming soon. Sadly there are still some empty store categories, but we'll get on to that as soon as we can. There will be lots of good stuff coming as we move into 2020.

Better Shipping Info:

Every product listing now has a 'Postage Options' tab. On there you can find details about postage costs and postage upgrades. No nasty surprises in checkout! The checkout process is also now much better and far less confusing. We found that a lot of buyers on our old site were paying for postage on free post items (we always refunded when this happened). Now when you go through checkout you will only see postage options that apply to the products you are buying.

Gift Certificates:

Big improvement here. We've created over 60 beautiful new gift certificate images. These are basically virtual greeting cards, so we wanted them to look like something you'd be proud to give to a loved one. Share the love, whether it be for Christmas, for birthdays, as a thank you to a friend, or for no reason at all. Our gift certificates can be found here, or you can look under the Gifts and Homewares menu, or just use the link at the bottom of any page.

Your Old Account Still Works:

If you have purchased from us before there is no need to create a new account - you should be able to log in using your existing account. Unfortunately you won't be able to see your previous purchases but your reward points have been moved over to the new site.

Reward Points:

And speaking of reward points, it's now a whole lot easier to redeem them. When you go through checkout you will be given the option to redeem reward points (if you have any) as a partial discount. You can also apply discount codes during checkout. On the old site you could only do this when you viewed your shopping cart. A huge thank you to Ramsey, the Ozcart admin wizard for making these improvements.
