Satya Incense

Satya is a brand made by a company called Shrinivas Sugandhalaya. Actually there are now two Shrinivas companies. You can read more about that on our Nag Champa page. Their best known and most popular product is the world-famous Satya Nag Champa, but they make many other excellent fragrances, too. Many people consider Satya to be the market leader in terms of quality. In the last few years the Satya range has expanded considerably.

Most Satya fragrances range from relatively mild to medium-strong. Most Satya incense is masala incense. Unlike dipped sticks that are hard and solid, masala sticks can be quite soft and powdery and there is often a fair bit of loose powder in the packets. This is perfectly normal, so don't freak out when you see it. Masala incense usually has a higher quality fragrance than dipped incense sticks. Masala incense also usually has a longer shelf life.

If you only ever try one Satya product it should be Satya Nag Champa. After that you will either never burn anything else ever again, or you will come back and try a few of their other fragrances.
