FREE DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA on many items.

PAY NO MORE THAN $9.90 POSTAGE AUSTRALIA-WIDE for everything else.

Many of our products ship for free within Australia. For everything else, postage is capped at a maximum of $9.90 (regular post only) and some items ship for as little as $3.00. Check product descriptions for details.

We ship via Australia Post only. We don’t use couriers. We generally post twice a week. Our posting days are usually Monday or Tuesday and also Thursday or Friday, depending on order volume.

We are an online-only retailer and we don't offer local pickup.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Sorry, but we ship within Australia only. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Requests to change delivery address:

Please make sure that you enter your correct delivery address when you are going through checkout. If you are paying with PayPal or Stripe we MUST ship your order to the delivery address specified on your payment to comply with PayPal and Stripe’s fraud prevention policies. When you pay by these payment methods we ARE NOT able to ship to a different address. If you request that we cancel your order (before it has shipped) please be aware that a cancellation fee applies.
